Notes for Exchange Guests

 

Approximately four weeks prior to your arrival you will receive
an arrival pack from the resort, including directions, information
on check-in/check-out procedures and contact details.
(Of course this relies on the resort having received the correct
contact details, if in doubt please contact the resort)


I
f you have any specific requirements please do not hesitate
in contacting the resort prior to your arrival.

 

Many (but not all) of our units have internal and external stairways,
if you or any member of your party have walking difficulties please contact
the resort well in advance of your holiday. RCI, Interval International
or any other exchange organization you are using to book your stay at the Burnside
are responsible for your allocation, and it is not always possible to offer
alternative accommodation. The Burnside Park is keen to welcome and assist our exchange guests,
advanced notification of any individual requirements you may have will assist us in making sure
you enjoy your visit.

 

All exchange guests are required to pay for the electricity they use during their stay.
the cottages and apartments have there own meter which is read prior to your arrival
and again on your departure and your bill will be presented at check-out.

 

Points members on short breaks:

All RCI Points members booked into the Burnside Park for a short stay (three or four nights) using RCI points,
are required to pay an additional cleaning charge:
 

One bed units  £24.00

Two bed units  £36.00

RCI should inform guests of this charge during the booking process, if they have not please address any concerns you may have to RCI.

 

As a matter of club policy we do not allow exchange guests to bring pets onto the resort, with the exception of registered guide dogs by arrangement.
