Our invitation is for you and your partner to be our guest for three days and two nights at the Burnside Hotel here in the glorious Lake District. 

Burnside Park is an exclusive Owners Club consisting of 44 Cottages and Apartments nestling on the wooded hillside just 300m from the centre of Bowness-on-Windermere and the lake shore. During your stay you will have free use of the facilities in Parklands Country Club including indoor pool, sauna & steam room, squash and badminton courts, or you may wish to treat yourself to a massage or manicure at our health & beauty salon*.

Hapimag is a Swiss based company with a well deserved reputation for quality and service, you will not be subjected to a high pressure sales pitch during your stay, just an informal presentation from one of our resort services team including a tour round one of our luxury self-catering cottages lasting approximately 90mins. You will also receive a complimentary dinner for two on one evening of your choice .

Tariff: 

This heavily discounted short break is being offered to you  at the following tariff

  • 2 nights Sunday to Thursday (inclusive) £154 (two sharing double or twin)

  • 2 nights Friday & Saturday (inclusive) £212 (two sharing double or twin)

  • 2 nights including Friday or Saturday £183 (two sharing double or twin)

All the above tariffs include breakfast each morning and dinner one evening

* Health and Beauty treatments are not included and can be booked separately with Parklands Country Club details available on application.

Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of the Special accommodation rates offered to VIP Guests requires both parties to attend a presentation, lasting approximately 90 minutes.  There is no pressure selling used. Complimentary dinner is included on one night of your stay only.

Guests are under no obligation to purchase, rent or join anything. Please Note: Reservation fees are non-refundable. However in the event of cancellation, reservation fees will be held and guests may re-book anytime within the forthcoming six months. This applies only once.

If the cancellation date is within 48 hours of arrival a charge of 50% of the booking will be made.
