At Burnside Park in the English Lake District we welcome many exchange guests to our resort.

Pre-Arrival Information

RCI, Diamond, Interval International, Dial an Exchange & Club la Costa

Approximately four weeks prior to your arrival you will receive your pre-arrival information from the resort, including directions, information on check/check out procedures and contact details. If you have not received this within three weeks of your arrival, please contact the resort direct on 015394 46624 or email bowness@hapimag.com

Many of our units have internal and external stairways; if you or any member of your party have walking difficulties please contact the resort well in advance of your holiday. The exchange companies you use are responsible for your allocation, and it is not always possible to offer alternative accommodation. The Burnside Park is keen to welcome and assist our exchange guests, advanced notification of any individual requirements you may have will assist us in making sure you enjoy your visit.

Facilities Included

  • All linen and towels for full occupancy including dish clothes and tea towels are provided.
  • Kitchen amenities such as dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, kitchen paper and starter pack with coffees and teas.
  • Direct bookings, Timeshare owners, exchange guests and Hapimag members have a parking bay included. Additional bays are at an extra charge.

Facilities not included

  • Towels for the Spa. £2 per towel
  • Replacement of linen & towels during stay if requested (extra cost)
  • Mid week clean upon request. (extra cost)
  • Telephone calls and other sundries that you might choose to pay upon departure.
  • Additional car parking spaces. £3 per day
  • Dog accommodation £50 (up to 2 dogs per stay).
  • Child pack (cot with linen, high chair and stair barrier)- £15

Check In Times

The guaranteed check in time is 5.00pm, but you are welcome to arrive anytime and if the accommodation is ready by 4.00pm then you will be given access, if it is not ready you can either make use of our Guest Lounge.

Please take note that a pre-authorisation of £100 is requested upon check-in. This would cover any incidentals or damages occurred in your accommodation during your stay.

Check Out Times

All guests are requested to check-out before or by 10.00am. If you would like to request a late check -out, please ask at reception. A late check-out fee might apply.

Please take note that the electricity consumption is calculated at the end of your stay and billed upon departure.

Late Arrivals

The Office opening times are:

  • Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm
  • Saturday 8.30am – 7.30pm
  • Sunday 9.00am – 5.00pm

If you expect to arrive after office hours please let us know so we can generate an individual code from the key box outside reception. We will text you the code you will have to use to receive your key. If for any reason your journey is delayed, then please ring the resort so we can text you a code for the key box.
